Refund Policy

1. The window

Every order carries a 60-day money-back term. The window runs 60 calendar days from the purchase date shown on your order confirmation email, and the request must be opened by email inside it; the return parcel itself may arrive after it.

2. What qualifies

All package sizes qualify: 2 bottles ($158), 3 bottles ($207) and 6 bottles ($294). Bottles may be sealed, opened, partially used or empty. No usage minimum applies and no reason needs to be given.

3. The procedure

Write to orders@slimtyde.com with your order number. Millbrook Direct Supply replies with a return authorization code and the return address. Send the bottles with the code marked on or inside the parcel. Returns without an authorization code cannot be matched to an order and delay the refund.

4. The amount and timing

The refund equals the product price paid for the package. Original shipping charges on the 2-bottle package and the cost of return postage are not refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment card within 5 to 7 business days of the return being received at the warehouse.

5. Where this applies

These terms cover purchases made through slimtyde.com only. Product bought from marketplaces, auction sites or retail shelves was not sold by Millbrook Direct Supply and cannot be refunded under this policy.
