Plain answer first: the desk keeps the minimum needed to ship parcels and honor refunds, never sees your card number, and sells data to nobody.
What is collected
When you order SlimTide, the checkout processor passes Millbrook Direct Supply your name, delivery address, email and phone number, plus the package you chose. That record exists so your parcel can ship, your tracking email can send, and a refund can be matched to you.
What is never collected
Card numbers are entered on the payment processor's encrypted page and stay there. This website sets no advertising trackers, runs no analytics beyond server logs, and hosts no third-party scripts apart from font files.
How your email is used
Order confirmation, tracking, refund correspondence and, for 3 and 6 bottle orders, delivery of the digital guides. The desk does not run a newsletter and does not add buyers to marketing lists.
Sharing
Delivery details go to the carrier moving your parcel (USPS or UPS) and to nobody else, except where the law compels disclosure.
Retention and your rights
Order records are kept for the period tax law requires, then purged. You may request a copy of your record, a correction, or deletion of everything not legally required by writing to help@slimtyde.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
