The 60-day timeline

What the guarantee covers

Three steps to a refund

- 2Post the bottles back. The reply carries a return authorization and the warehouse address. Any box works; used bottles go in as they are.
- 3Money back on your card. Refunds are keyed within 5 to 7 business days of the warehouse scanning your return, to the card that paid.
